"Les 3 Lieux" is an establishment bringing together three activities: La Nuit, La Table and Le Bistrot. Whether you visit us for family vacations or romantic weekends, professional events or stopovers, a gourmet stopover or a business meal, everything has been thought out for your comfort.
This place, steeped in history, had several lives before becoming the 3-star hotel you know today. The 19th-century bourgeois house and the workshops, which house 26 rooms and 2 suites, were not always like this.
It all began in the aftermath of the Second World War, when "La Maison Cannelle", a fish hook factory, moved into the buildings. The factory closed its doors in 2000, leaving behind nearly 1,600 m² of land to be exploited, on the banks of the Loire, and a piece of history.
In 2013, the transformation work began, resulting in the creation of "Les 3 Lieux" in January 2016. "Les 3 Lieux" opens with the hotel "La Nuit", the bistronomic restaurant "La Table", as well as meeting rooms and a wellness area.

Our 3-star hotel at the gates of Angers is full of corners and spaces with tables and chairs, to se pose with friends, to read a quiet book or to observe the Loire. You will appreciate sitting down in the evening in our private lounge or in our garden.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m.. Some of our rooms are flexible to offer you large family spaces for up to 6 people. A baby cot and/or an rollaway bed can be added to some rooms, upon request and at an additional cost.
Please note: our canine friends are not allowed at "Les 3 Lieux", except for assistance dogs.
Reception is open all week. Monday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Our team will answer your questions about your stopover and give you tourist advice, in French, English and Spanish.
In our hotel with wellness area on the banks of the Loire, we want to offer you tailor-made and personalized stopovers, as much as possible. So, if you tell us about your vacation plan in advance, we will do everything we can to make it happen!
Every morning, on weekdays from 7:15 to 9 a.m. and on weekends from 8:30 to 10 a.m., discover the generous breakfast buffet. Many sweet and savoury products will garnish the buffet. You will find: hot drinks, fruit juices, pastries, yoghurts, Vendée brioches, cheeses, cold meats, boiled or scrambled eggs and much more. We favour homemade products, seasonal and local. Breakfast changes according to the seasons, it is an additional €16 per person.
In our hotel on the outskirts of Angers, discover a wellness area composed of a hammam, a sensory shower, a shower with hydromassage jets and a massage area.
The Wellness Area is accessible by reservation to travelers of our hotel on the banks of the Loire and to outsiders (possibility of privatization). Massage reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. An hour of access to the wellness area costs €20 per person for hotel guests and €25 for external guests (reservation required for a minimum of 4 people).
